Coverage problem

I live in Wilgeheuwel/Roodepoort. You would think that Mtn will have proper network coverage but NO! Calls are constantly dropped. I constantly have to call people back after finding a spot where I can at least get some signal. Internet usage is slow and beyond frustrating. Daily between 7 and 10 pm the signal drops even more! I tried complaining on their website but that is not even opening and refuse to struggle through a call centre call!! I am paying for 3 cellphone contracts and a data contract and all of that just to spend endless hours in frustration because nothing functions without proper coverage!!
