Poor service

Hi

My name is Christo Kunneke - Id no 8404265222089 - Adsl line tel no 0164284917

Telkom activated a existing line in my place for adsl. Only to find they billed me R1102 for installation fees so my bill are R1554. How is this possible.

I was not even told of this and will not pay for this bad service. I was told if a tech needs to install the adsl service of a router then only you get billed.
