How in the world do I change my bank details for a debit order? How do I change my cell number that was on a company that was liquidated to my personal name - after given ALL documentation to the Somerset Mall branch after receiving my new upgrade - 30 days later NOTHING has been changed, nothing was done as asked. The worst of all try and phone the branch - you go on voicemail leaving messages and NOTHING still happens!!! Is MTN still in business? Try and go on the internet to register to see your account as advertised on a bill you only receive once every blue moon, NOTHING. Try and get a bill - NOTHING. I am so frustrated - how are they still operating?? MTN is the worst company with service!!!
