Since I opened my account in November 2011, I have had nothing but problems. I am tired of being promised my issue will get looked into and never does, I am tired of being told I will get called back, yet never do, I am tired of phoning the call centre, waiting forever for a consultant, verifying all my details then get sent to another department to yet again verify my details and the the CALL GETS CUT!!! this happens every time i phone. I am tired of the consultants patronising me. I am not stupid!!!
They exploit their clients. I am being charged for Internet usage I am not even using, yet no one has a clue!!! I think closing my account - no matter for how much - will be worth every cent. I am paying a ridiculous amount each month anyway.
BE WARNED!!! IF YOU WANT TO AVOID STRESS, AVOID VIRGIN MOBILE!!! USELESS!!!
