Telkom not willing to repair faults but quick cut

My ADSL and now my telephone line has been giving offline since Friday last week, I called telkom from last Friday a min of 3 times a day to send a technician, to date no one as arrived.

I am soooo dissapointed.

I know they a big company, and mistakes happen, but this has been a real long time, and i am loosing clients in the process.
