I bought airtime at Woolies Alberton on Friday 24th January, after paying for our two Monthly Accounts (Ms Madikoe was wonderful). I couldn't find my daughter's voucher when I reached home meaning I had lost it along the way. I immediately called the store & spoke with the Assistant Manager, Yvonne. She recognised my voice and promised to check their journal. Not long, Yvonne called giving the voucher Serial number including a Cell C Contatct centre number.
Cell C's Caylen Moodley sent me back to the store to request a voucher reprint but by this time Yvonne had decided to change her attitude telling me that I had lost my voucher and am now making it her problem as she was all by herself & very busy. I then suggested she help me on Monday 27th to which she agreed (social contract) but never honoured! I then called Cell C on Tuesday 28th & Sizwe Khakhuse put me through to Nicolene - Trade Partner who called the store but came back also disappointed. She complained about the Manager's attitude&generally being unhelpful. My wife & I have a combined credit limit of R60K with Woolies for many years & in good standing but here we are now arguing about R150 A/time recharge & SLA. Am waiting!
