Excellent service – no empty promises

I've been a customer of Vodacom for many years however the last year I've only struggled with incompetent call centre staff and wanted to move to a new network where I will get better service. I was looking at other service providers and noticed that the vodacom shop at mall@redds wasn't as busy as always so went in to see what they had to offer. Johann assisted me to change my contract to get better value for money. They didn't have the phone I wanted in stock and he had to order one from head office. I was promised that the phone will be there by Tuesday. Tuesday before lunchtime Johan called me and my phone was ready for collection. I collected my phone and everything was done correctly the first time. Thank you Johan for the excellent service!!! Vodacom needs more staff like you.
