Faulty Nokia Lumia - waiting for a feedback???

Hi there, two weeks ago I have reported a dis-functional brand-new Nokia Lumia 820 faulty camera, on this very same platform (that was before I paid my 1st R269.00 installment). Four days after, a lady by the name of Cindy from "Vodacom Customer Care" phoned me and promised to revert with regards to a solution going forward, I felt welcome by the way she spoke and the way we reached a mutual understanding. However it appears I was terribly misled, because ever since, i have not heard anything from this company who were/are lightning fast to debit money from my account.

Not only does Vodacom mislead its long serving customers, but they seemingly fail to take ownership for their actions, why is that, where is customer service???

My request is, can someone have the courtesy and professionalism to follow up my case-study?? I am stuck with a brand-new dis-functional handset that i was charged for (remember, i complained way before i was debited).
