My Phone is on contract and my sim card is damaged. I requested my husband to do a sim swap on the 28th February 2013. They advised that they need the sim card itself which was with me. I went back to them after work of which I was told my account is in areas they cant help me. I had made an eft transfer which was not reflecting. On the 04th March my husband went to the shop for sim swap of which he was informed that I must come personally for sim swap. He had all my details with him and both our ID's. I am dissatisfied with MTN Westgate because we get information in draps and pieces. When he went there the fist time, they were supposed to inform him in details the correct process flow. eg. No sim swap will be made without original damaged sim card, payments should be uptodate and sim swap should be made by the owner of the cellphone. It costs money to go to Westgate up and down and sales assistants should be courteous to clients. The first time was on the 28 February and today the 04th March 2013.
