Mtn stops unlimited internet usage w/o informing

I have been a loyal customer to Mtn service provider for over 5 years. I am disgusted at their poor custimer relations as well as their shrewd billing changes. I was Not aware that they Stopped 'unlimited' BIS, which affects emails, BBM, downloading etc. This change applied to a contract customer like myself who pays for an amount of credit & Paid the BIS charge of R60, 00 every month for unlimited BIS. The fact that they didn't inform their customers resulted in me having a credit balance of R500 in December to sitting with R0, 12 in early February. Ever since then not only did I lose so much of money but I started buying prepaid Beside paying for my contract. This is absolutely Ridiculous!!! So off at Mtn!!! I am changing my service provider ASAP to either Cell C or 8ta and I will go out of my way to get my many friends and family on Mtn to Change their networks.
As a customer I had good faith in Mtn for many years. Now I am disgusted at their shrewd money-making games. I fervently hope they come into a lot of flack and Lose customers!!!
