I took a contract with this company on april 2011 for a laptop. On january 2013 my laptop charger started not working. I called this company and they said I must call the manufacture. The manufacture said I must contact the company where I bought laptop. I called them and they transferred me again to the manufacture and they say Vodacom didn't tell me that I have to make warranty arrangement with them when I take contract. When I call again vodacom, I spoke with Tshego who gave me 082145 number to call and she said they will arrange transport for me. When calling that number I spoke with Rayne who said there is nothing they can do for me. I called again and spoke with Johannes and requested management email address and he denied and put me on hold for 20 minutes. I called again and I spoke with kathy who tried to explain things that I was not told about at first. I asked her for management email and she denied too and transferred me to Jacqui who even refused to give me management email instead she gave me her email address and said she will escalate the problem to superiors even now I'm still waiting. It was on the 14th feb 2013 when I log complain with vodacom direct on 0821950
