Handheld Repaired twice, phone still not working!

My Blackberry Curve 9360 started rebooting until it was unable to switch on at all. Took it to Vodaworld, they advised its the software so they repaired it. Fetched the phone later that day just to have it give me the same problem 30minutes later, I took the phone back and they "repaired" it again. Now the phone is much worse than ever before, the phone does not stay on for longer than 5 minutes and then takes 20 minutes to restart again. Not happy at all...
