I have been dealing with Cell C for over a month to take advantage of their 99 Cents a minute call rate. I was with Autopage MTN and my extended bid to take advantage of Cell's services was approved on the 15th of February (ref SP1002999575.) I attempted to port my number and received SMS replies from Cell C that this could not take place. I checked with Autopage and they told me that this was because they, Cell C, had not done the port " Post Pay". I informed Cell C by SMS, e-mail, phone message etc that they need to re-do the port via "Post Pay" and have been met with a wall of silence. Look guys I want to use your service, spend money with you - I believe in what you are doing on price, however there is a probelm you do not seem to want to let me?
