MTN the worst network

I still cant believe MTN is billing me when my contract ended last month when i phone in to cancel my contract in January 2013 they told me that my last payment would be 01-02-2013, now they tell me my last payment is today 01-03-2013, plus their call center agents have a attitude. MTN should really start thinking of new ways to improve their service as well, because as a MTN user I feel their call chargers are to high and they are behind times with everything Cell C and Vodacom are way ahead of them.
