Dear Cell C,

My data contract had expired months ago. On 29th January I gave you notice that I will NOT be extending. A few days later, being concerned when not receiving any response or confirmation, I spoke to one of your customer care consultants who assured me that they received my request. Today you've, once again, debited my bank account. Please please please please please just cancel the contract now. Is that so hard?
