Not able to download anything

I purchased a 24 hour bundle with my loyalty points and was unable to download a single thing. I was trying to download apps from the Google app store but not even a 320 kb app was allowed to be downloaed. Even if there is a fair usage policy in place not being able to download anything is unacceptable. I would appreciate a refund of the points. However I don jot hold my breath as none if my mtn complaints have ever been resolved.
