Refurbished phone

I took in my phone to Vodaworld because the trackpad broke and they replaced it with a reburbished phone. I was told it is a new phone. The phone they gave me is forever hanging, it is so frustrating to wait while its thinking. Its a blackberry torch. I cannot even have 2 tabs open in the internet and it freezes completely. If I knew this would happen, I would have rather kept my old phone because at least it didnt frustrate the out of me.
