My internet was working perfectly up to and including 24 Jan 2013. I went on honeymoon and after returning 2 weeks later had serious speed issues and no constant connection. I have been in communication with Mweb quite often with the problem never being completely resolved. The latest is blaming Telkom for the fault, I don't see that Telkom could make such drastic changes in just 2 weeks. Currently I can't even make a skype call or play any of my online games as the speed is not constant. It is hampering my home business at the moment. I am laying this complaint in a last effort not to be sent back and forth with no resolution, before I start considering a different ISP.
