I logged a complaint on 11-02-2013 and received the normal "cut and paste" response that someone will call me to resolve my issue regarding the 3G internet USB stick. Up to date no-one have contacted me to resolve my problem. I paid for the 12 month internet service in advance, so cell will not lose out, which is probably why it is not important to for them to help me.
