No response frm repair department over a month now

Gooday Sir

My phone was sent in for repairs on the 23rd of January 2013, since then I have never received any feedback from the service department, I tried to be as much patient as I always am but this is taking too long and the normal turnaround time for your cellphone to be sorted and returned is 21 days, it's now 33 days.

Please could you help me, thanks
