I moved to a new address, logged a call to transfer my Adsl line to the new address on the 5th of Feb 2013.
On the 11th of Feb 2013 they sent me a sms stating that the date of the transfer is on that same day. At 14h00 that day I called to confirm when they will do it, "no sir, our records show that this transfer was scheduled on the 13th, the 13th at 16h00 i called and the response was "no sir on the 13th?? It is scheduled for the 18th". On the 18th I phoned again at 15h00, they said that the technician reported that there is not enough ports open on the exchange, and they it takes up to 7 working days, the technician reported this on the 11th already and not one of the operators could tell me this before? Now its the 25th of Feb 2013 and still nothing happened??? 7 working days is already past! Telkom wake the F% #$ up!!
