In 2010, i applied for a contract that was to be on a same number i'm using. A phone was delivered but on activation, i was given a new different number. As this was not part of the agreement, i ordered an immediate suspension of a contract.
On investigation, i was told that my number didn't belong to me. I called back to back but there was no solution, not from my side but on cell c side. They never assisted me until i gave up. It had been quiet since then until a few weeks ago when i checked if i qualify for a contract. I was told that there was a note *LEGAL* under my name.

A few weeks then i received a summon for me to pay R1658.07.
I still can not pay for cell c's bad business practice & lack of transparency.
It was their fault, i tried but they couldn't resolve the issue, so i mustn't be bullied.
