Pathetic Service and turn around time on replacing

I wish to express my disgust at the pathetic service that I have received. I have been a good paying client for more than 10 years and yet I don't get assistance. I have tried phoning 5 times holding on for 5minutes at a time but keep getting cut off once they answer.
I upgraded my phone in 06/12/2012 last year and my package included a HP 655 laptop which was handed in for repairs on the 21/01/2013 to my amazement the laptop was not replaced as earlier indicated by the sales person which was explained to me that should there be a
Fault within the first 3 months the laptop will be replaced.
I was advised that I will receive an Sms within 2 weeks on the status of my repair, I have not received any feedback via sms or phone calls to date. I had to phone in several times with no concrete answer to date.
The most worrying part is that I have spoken to 2 different supervisors that advised me they will call me back within an hour and the latest one was 09:00am this morning and still no one came back to me. I will recommend that they pull the recording on the following number 082 for the last 4 weeks. This is now becoming beyond acceptable and I would like it sorted.
