3 days later and still no joy

No adsl service since monday. Telkom passed the buck to mweb and mweb investigated and concluded that there is a port problem and Telkom must authenticate and recreate the port. Well after 3 days and 6 calls all that I get is a reference number but no service. Every time I have to explain everything over and over. This is affecting my business and income. Please fix this.
