Cannot supply what advertised

To Whom it may concern,
According to the the new consumers act if you advertise something you have to supply it or supply something else for same price.

i am a vodacom customer for the last 10 years and never had major problems but certain things makes me angry as i am also in customer service.

i am looking at upgrading and want to upgrade to one of your ipad contracts but the person at zevenwaght mall vodacom as well as every other vodacom in cape town dont have stock of the advertised product,

then i told the person that i want to order the product where he replys that he cant promise me that i will still get it at that same price and that he doesnt know when stock arives. this has been going on for the last 3 days now and i am now tired of service providors who cant provide any service,

i need this resolved as soon as possible
