Poor signal Quality

We are having serious dips in the signal so that we can't even phone somebody from the phones. This started to happen about 6 weeks back. I phoned mtn to lodge a complaint but they can't assist me. Mtn is a world class service provider and this service is ridiculous. I want answers an when this problem will be solved
