Cellc Useless, make cancelling contract impossible

I have been trying for what seems like forever to cancel my CELLC contract, i have been given 2 different figures by, customer service agents, who either stutter, when asked simple requests like forwarding a statement or banking details via email (are you working in the dark-ages over their?? What's worse it seems as though there is no correct, protocol for cancelling my contract. I dont think that is to much to ask. Example, i called MTN and with 30 mins i had banking details, exact settlement amount, my account was instantly, terminated... Cellc's service disappoints yet again, please someone, from cellc email me exactly what i need and start serving you clients properly!!
