2G that does not work because of poor reception

October last year I took out a MNT 2G contract with Altech Autopage in Southgate. After installing the device we battled to get proper reception for the device to work properly. I went back to the store and report this, they said they will speak to their technician to try and solve the problem. I gave them the name of the area where we run a small family business (Aeroton), The devices worked on and off, and for the past two weeks we have been unable to connect to the internet and as a result we are loosing a lot of business and money. I then called the store again, Spoke to the guy (Tshepo) who originally helped me and explained my situation, he remembered my problem and I told him that I know wanted to cancel the contract because it not cost effective and it not helping us run our business the way we want to. We have to use other people 3G cards for us to be able to process our clients request. He said I must call head office to cancel, I did and they said i must pay a settlement figure, I refuse to it because it not my fault the the 2g and modem is not working in the area that we are at. They never said it will only work in certain areas. They have been unfair to me.
