TERRIBLE RECEPTION unacceptable!!!

I am so incredibly fed-up with having such terrible reception using my internet dongle. I work from a home office and have to deal with clients daily but have to struggle with reception every single day. Signed up for the R99 per month 2Gig contract and it has only been a waste of money as I am not able to use it. I would've loved having the sales people absolutely knowledgeable in regards to what areas works well with a dongle and when rather to use an ADSL line. Only after having a technician over did I hear that Oranjezicht is terrible for internet connection (dongle) and that the closest tower is 11kms away. The absolutely only thing they can do for me is to build another tower. Which obviously would not be happening within 2 days...

HIGHLY frustrated, despising my contract and if I knew better then I wouldn't have bought the stupid contract in the first place.

Can I PLEASE cancel my contract??? I cannot sit and work in my car in some area where there's better reception every day, that's ridiculous. Also going for the free wifi coffee shops when I've already spent money on this contract is silly.
