Reporting a faulty telephone pole in my yard

Hello

My name is Thomas, I have been reaporting the loose telephone pole in my yard for the past 2 years from september 2011, unfortunately do not have references for the 2 occasions that I have been reporting.

According to the call centre argents then can not locate my address as I am not there customer, however I made a call again just to find out how do new customers subscribe land lines. Apparently they use the same house address that they can not locate on their map. I even tried stopping telkom vehicles whenever is see them, but they always promise to come over & nothing.

My latest refences are 12859 & another one is 744568
