Sales person not knowledgeable on product

I was sold a contract on a Samsung Galaxy Note II LTE 4G, to only discover that 4G coverage is not yet readily available. I therefore battled with my phone for over a week having no signal, just to find out that the settings need to be changed back to WCDMA in order to get network coverage.

I am paying more for the LTE 4G contract without having the actual benefit.

Thandeka clearly does not know her products.
