SHOCKING ADSL SERVICE

I signed up for a ADSL service with Telkom in August 2012.. I took a standard package, appointed them as my service provider AND purchased their D Link router and 2 portable handsets (all sold from the Telkom store)
To date, I have less than 1 week continuous service.. They have sent technicians around approx 5 times but mostly they "reset the port" or I switch the router on and off.. What rubbish - they sell products AND services that don't work!!!
- when I call in they always reset but when it doesn't work, they are quick to threaten the R350 un-necessary call-out fee.. What a cheek - they can even see the queries over the months from me.
I can't ever reach anyone senior and have asked to NO AVAIL..
- let's see if this works - if someone actually calls .. Failing which, I will consider termination of my contract and test the new "consumer protection act"
In the. Meantime, I reman an extremely dissatisfied custome
