Last year around april i went to mtn to upgrade my contract and i asked for a i phone 4s and was even willing to pay extra per month for it i was given a i phone and went home.when i opened the package i saw it was an i phone 4 only.i took the phone back and asked for the i phone 4s.it was told to me that they don't have an i phone 4s.i told the lady that i will rather cancel my contract and pay up to july until the contract is finished.
now a few weeks ago i wanted to buy a house and i was told that i am on itc.when i phoned m t n they said the contract was canceled but not the contract.i went to the Secunda branch and was told that veronica has said that i did cancel it. There were 3 persons that heard it now they can't find the cancellation letter is that my problem now after 3 days no plan has been made to take me of itc and i can not buy a house if i am on i t c so where do i get a place to stay.m t n is the biggest skelms i have ever seen.how can you put a person on itc without telling them that in the first place it is against the law.they take their time to resolve this. end of march i must be out of this house where must i go. I NEVER SKIPPED A PAYMENT IN TWO YEARS TIME
