Vodaworld staff -dont know how to service custome

We are an SME and signed 3 new upgrades last week.
I was supposed to be contacted a day later to pick up my phone because Vodacom did not have stock.

It is now more than a week later and nobody has called me.

Secondly my staff has Sony and the first one froze, so he went back there and they gave him another one.
The second one also after upgrading the OS is giving problems. It is still within 7 days out of Box and now they dont want to swap it for a Galaxy.

This treatment and passing the buck is really not on and probably I am regretting my decision of moving from MTN to Vodacom.
