Inability to address harassment

How pathetic! Being harassed by a KNOWN number repeatedly over the last few months. Caller sends endless requests to be called back, rings at the most inopportune of times, sometimes repeatedly late at night. Bringing the matter to Vodacom's attention came to nothing. Your default response being that nothing can be done without a police case number. The police have the same attitude, they cant do anything and we should simply have our number changed?!?!?!? Pathetic!!!

If this was from an unknown number or spam related I could understand the difficulty, but from a KNOWN number purposefully harassing us, this is simply not acceptable! What is the purpose of RICA and all the regulations if none of it is enforced!

We simply need this number blocked from calling us repeatedly as they currently do! We do not know this person, they have NO reason to call our number, especially not as often as they do!

Pull up your socks Vodacom!!! This is not acceptable
