Waiting 2 months for phone

On 20 December 2012 I walked into the Lenasia branch to sign up for an Iphone 5. I was promised to receive the phone the following week. 2 months later and I have still not received anything! I understand the backlogs but 2 months is absolutely ridiculous considering the fact that most people have already received their phones. It seems as though they dont even need my business!
