MTN gave me the wrong laptop

I applied for a data contract upgrade 2 weeks ago and went for the special where I can get a Packard bell with an I5 processor and 64 bit OS. I went and accepted the laptop last week but did not have a a lot of time to play on the laptop or look at it's specs as well. To my shock when i looked at the system now it was not an I5 system, it was a normal celeron system and running 32 bit windows. this is unacceptable and this needs to be rectified asap.
