I visited the store on the 02nd Feb 2013 only to find that the phones my kids wanted to upgrade to was not in stock I was asked by the Sales consultant to please fill in a book with my details and She would call me on Monday as they were receiving stock the next day, a Week goes by walk in on the 09th Feb after 10 minutes I get to ask to see the Manager he comes to me looking really perturbed that I asked for him I get the worst treatment from a Manager I have ever received instead of listening I get left at the counter while he walks around trying to find the Consultant (did even know his staff left early) I then get shown a totally different phone to what I requested I then get told there is still no stock and he was busy with orders and would contact me personally on the 11th I advised him I will be in a meeting I was then told no problem I will leave a message for you (Promise) I walk into the store today 16th I then get his attention only to be told "OOhhh Sorry I forgot to call you" Then the prefect come back "Did they not call you I was told they left a message" THE FISH ROTS FROM THE HEAD DOWN no reply from customer service either I HAVE NO WORDS seems like their service
