CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE CENTRE!!! JOB 8586230

I took my Apple 4S in for repairs at the Centurion Vodashop, as my mouthpiece stopped working. they send it on for advanced repairs at Vodacoms repair Centre. 7 days since, and it is still being tested for 2 days now. JOB no is 8586230. Charlotte at VodaCANT Customer care could not care less. same for Shawn and Sarah's empty promisses!

I use my phone for work, thus all my telephone numbers and mail adresses was backed up. BUT the pathetic R29.99 piece of plastic that I got as a loan phone, cant be backed up, I cant restore my info till phone is repaired.

After having the same no. for 15 years, spending a HUGE amount of money per month with Vodacom, and being in the service industry myself, I wonder if I must not concider the opposition companies, not for better service at the opposition, but definately better loyalty from them towards their customers!!!

Must I mention, that at the time in 2012 when I upgraded, it was not mentioned to me that the 4S was going to be replaced by APPLE 5 within 2 months!! GREAT service and loyalty!!
