Relisting after losing the battle

April 2012, I objected to you listing me on ITC . You lost the battle and I WON . Your listing was removed but lo and behold you went and relisted myself in a dubious manner. The MD of Experian has requested that I inform your CEO that you are not allowed to relist me ever again for the same issue. Should you ignore this then I will apply to have your licence with ICASA to be reviewed. Please confirm this is writing to myself by no later close of business 15 February 2013.
