Good Day

My fiance? took her Samsung S4 back to Nashua as the phone's battery began to swell and the device got extremely hot. We took the phone in on Sunday 10 November. We spoke to a lady who said we need to back our data, we went out and purchased a memory card to back the data. We returned to the shop with the memory card to only find out that we did not need a memory card by Lawrence as he can back it up on site and download it onto the phone once it is out of repairs. We purchased a memory card for no reason because the staff member gave poor advice. We were called on Tuesday 19 November to fetch the phone. We went to Nashua only to find out no one could assist us to reload the data. We were told to come back on Wednesday (20/11/2013). My fiance? went to Nashua on Wednesday and Lawrence could not find the data. He made excuses that he was busy and had no time then said it is the customers responsibility. We bought a memory card for it to be backed up but he said we did not need it. He advised he needs to call a technician to look for the data. I tried to contact the manager today (22/11/2013). I was told he/she will contact me in 20 minutes over an hour ago.
