8ta making unauthorised debits

I changed my savings account to a cheque account. Changes were submitted to 8ta, and accepted, but they still tried another month and a half to deduct money from my old savings account. Only once I completely closed my savings account, did they deduct the money from my cheque account.
Problem is, after the first month when they did not get their money from the correct account, they cut my service and I had to make a deposit into their ABSA account and submit proof of payment to have my service restored. Shortly after that, on the 15th of the month, they deducted a double payment off my bank account, and again on the 20th of the same month. I wasted over R180 on airtime on their mickey-mouse call centre. Incompetent staff who doesn't know how to help. Eventually I got a ref # and told that my money be paid back withing 2 days. 7 days later I phoned again; they submitted it to the wrong queue!!! I sent mail to them, but still no reply. I hate 8ta. They are the worst service provider I ever come across.
