STILL waiting for you to reverse the charges!!!

I was admittedly incorrectly charged for data usage due to incorrect information that was given to me my the consultant.

After an agonizing time trying to get hold of the correct people I eventually spoke to Neyo who promised that the charges would be reversed on my January statement. No such reversal happened in January...

I have repeatedly tried to get hold of him but apparently he is in meetings all day. Maybe he should read the complaints and discuss those rather.
