Want bank statements for 2011, coz of incompetence

A lady called me regarding my earlier complaint of billing, I sent them proof of pmnt since 12 March 2012 showing pmnt every month of R100 done 15 days earlier than due date, then obviously they looked incompetent, then they ask me to send proof of pmnt from Feb 2011, this is really insane! I went to the bank and they will charge me! I cant believe they dont even know what the problem is. They have listed me as a late payer as my account is 60 days in arrears. I am very upset this is total incompetence because i go through this every year in the month of February and am bullied in paying. This is totally ridiculous! I want this resolved, i want the accounting fundi from cell c to phone me coz this is INSANE!
