Dear Vodacom,
I recently ported to your network on the promise of excellent 3G signal and no dropped calls. Unfortunately both at my home and workplace I battle to even get proper edge signal and to people who try to call me, my phone is on voicemail half the time. As I humbly requested on the 8th July 2013 (Ref: S3-TVP31-1WCGZ) to please waiver the two month waiting period and allow me to port to another network where I can receive good signal at the two places that I spend most of my time at. This is not necessarily a complaint as I understand that good coverage is not available directly at my home or workplace, but a request to waiver this as I depend on good signal for my work and this is really jeapordising it at the moment. I have requested this a few times and only received one call from your consultant saying they are looking into it. Kindly assist urgently! Thank You. Kind Regards, Amith
