Good day i having problem with telkom overcharging me for the internet account, January been charge twice on the 4 January and on the 25, plus because i put limit into debit order they email to me to say next month i owe them more is well, but my account is up to date, i phone them last month and spoke to somebody who say they will sort it out and refund me money usap, they say they refund me money but now this month i got again email whit the same problem they say i am have limit in my account so they will take this month R1000 and the rest next month, my payment should be not more then 720 but they say my account is R 1400 minus my credit they owe me and i must pay again over R1000 .i spoke to lady she say she will send me all expslanation by email and tell me where and how they make mistake and its 2 days past and i still not get any staff. If they going to take of my bank for the second time wrong figure i would like to cancel with them contract. My frist dispute was logged on 2013 .01.28 . number 26779152
