384kbps? REALLY??? try 128!!!

I call in because my uncapped lite package (throttled to 384kbps when over cap) is performing at 128kbps...

Firstly, Your agents enjoy sending me around from data to customer care to data to customer care. Secondly, their knowledge of your routers is astounding. Giving instructions to me that arent even valid.

I am being throttled due to you "fair usage". Fine. But the contract stated throttling at 384! This isnt even half!!!

So why am i getting 128?

If you cannot offer me 384 then take your rubbish back, cancel this contract, I will return your router and go back to CELL C.

Please advise as i am not getting what im paying for.
