When i took out this contract with Cell C, i specifically asked
that the account be capped at R200.00. Why am i being billed
R272.20 for Dec and R257.00 for Jan?
I went in to the store in Cape Gate and asked that they take the
BIS from the airtime available on the account each month, but that is not
happpening, my son has to purchase it with his airtime, but i see on the
account, that it is added onto the bill! So in fact, we are paying for BIS
twice?
Please get back to me in this regard asap.
