Cell C
BIS server always offline

I'm so sick and tired of Cellc and there BIS server.
It works for a week or 2 and its offline again. I'm getting sick of it.
I pay R500 a month for BIS and get service.
Cellc must really step up there service or they will have more on there hands than a sinple companlt on Hellopete
