Where are my mail in my Mail Box!!!

Yesterday I was still receiving mails from various people and responded to them.By 15:00 as I log back into my mail box everything is clean, clear, empty, skoon, niks and my mailbox size reduced to half the normal space.
I call Lantic support and all they did is put the size of the mailbox back to what it was. All other mails is still missing, sub directories also missing and even the trash box is clean out. After spending an hour online with the support nothing was done or repaired.
I phoned this morning again and all I received was a Ref number, no mail, no phone call or an SMS saying we are working on the problem.
